COVID IS NOT AFRAID OF THE STOCK MARKET

The stock market is fearless by the second wave of Corona. Like last year, this time there is not much movement in the market. There is complete confidence in the market against vaccine and drugs against Corona that the situation will improve soon and everything will be back on track. This is the reason that there is confidence in investors in the city even in this phase of transition.

Meerut has demat accounts of about 85 thousand investors. About one and a half million people are directly connected to the stock market. At the same time, there are about five lakh investors in mutual funds. In March last year, when there was a lockdown due to Corona, there was a huge fall before that. The Sensex reached the 42 thousand mark and reached 25 thousand. Many new investors also opened demat accounts in the city that fall. This year, amid the growing transition of Corona, many investors are waiting for the market to fall again like last year, while this time the Sensex has not fallen much. Sensex is moving between 48 to 49 thousand. According to investment experts, this year will not be the same as last year.
According to experts, business with investors has also increased in Meerut from last year to this year. There are 250 terminals operating in the city. Some brokers are also working from home. There is a turnover of about 20 lakh crore in the stock market in Meerut and adjoining districts, while mutual fund industries of 3500 crore.

When Kovid came last year, nobody from the country and abroad knew what its management would be. I thought everything would be finished. This time, many types of vaccines have come. Kovid is being managed. There are reports of growth of many companies. This has created confidence in the market. The market is not expected to fall further. Investors came to the market in retail last year, all of whom are seeing an increase in their port folios. There is no loss to such investors right now.
